Terms & Conditions

By booking a treatment, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
  • We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or fail to attend, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
  • Requests for a specific therapist must be made at the time of booking and not at short notice. While we will try to honor your preferences, we cannot guarantee availability.

2. Arrival Time

  • We kindly request that all guests arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation before your treatment.
  • Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling, and the full cost of the treatment will still apply.

3. Parking

  • Please note that we do not provide parking facilities at the spa. Guests are advised to make alternative arrangements for parking in the vicinity.

4. Health Conditions

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health issues, and we reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
  • Treatments are booked at the guest’s own risk, and GuestHouse shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or conditions that arise from treatments if accurate medical information is not provided.

5. Personal Belongings

  • We advise guests to leave valuables at home as we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

6. Payment Policy

  • Full payment for treatments is required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments.

8. Pregnancy

  • The Bespoke Facial and Time Out for Mum-To-Be treatments can be safely enjoyed during pregnancy, but we ask that bookings are only made for beyond the first trimester.

9. Liability

  • GuestHouse will not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during treatments or while on spa premises.
  • By agreeing to these terms, you accept that you are receiving treatments at your own risk.

10. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for our own administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaves inappropriately towards staff or other guests.
  • Guests are prohibited from contacting spa staff on social media or through personal communication channels. Our staff members are entitled to personal privacy, and any attempts to engage them outside of spa premises will be considered inappropriate and may result in refusal of future service. 

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • GuestHouse reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
